A medium cream fresh milk is now far superior to what it was previously. This fresh milk can now be kept fresh for up to 18 days after it is packed. Bactofugation, a new method that spins the milk to separate and remove more bacteria than pasteurization alone, is used to make it. The milk is refrigerated to below 4 degrees Celsius before being put into packs in a sterile atmosphere. So you can continue to enjoy high-quality milk for longer.
